Clamping Unit

The platens designed by Finite Element Analysis software and five-point inward moving toggle system ensure high rigidity and precision for mold clamping and also reduce the stress and distortion.

Control System
- The controller equipped with two CPU is used specially by injection molding machine.
- A High-speed 80MHZ CPU with 0.5ms scan cycle time is used for faster system response which
improves the machine’s performance and precision.
- A Screen saving function extends the LCD display life.
- Ultra bright LED’s are provided for Input and Output point inspection, in this way, it is easier for
operator and repairman to handle.
- A data hardware lock is provided to prevent unauthorized persons from modifying the molding
parameter.
- Closed Loop PID provides the barrel with accurate and consistent temperature control ranging
from 0℃ to 450℃.
- A totally enclosed electrical control cabinet provides.
- Dust & waterproof control cabinets provide a total enclosure to all electrical control components
which are arranged in an orderly way.
